Virtual conference: Themes and action points from the IICSA final research report into residential schools

Course outline
Following our earlier one-day conference encouraging members to be proactive in their responses to the initial review of major themes and key learning points from the residential schools’ investigation as part of the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA), BSA and Sacpa, again in association with independent safeguarding expert, Marcus Erooga, have prepared an opportunity for members to focus and consider the final investigation report, scheduled for publication on March 01, 2022.
This one-day conference has been put together to support members in their efforts to improve standards and provision, especially relating to areas of practice around responding and managing allegations of sexual abuse, and the wider safeguarding culture of the community.
This one-day conference will be running virtually via Zoom. Joining details will be sent out to delegates 24-48hrs before the conference with clear instructions.
