Location: National Role. Sucessful candidate can choose to be linked to main office based in Liverpool or London.

Salary: £52,530 Plus LWA if applicable

Job Overview:

A key member of Brook’s Leadership group, with a national remit, to lead Brook’s safeguarding function across all aspects of the organisation including clinical operations, education and health promotion activity, counselling, and digital and communications delivery in addition to all internal safeguarding workforce development. To lead the organisation in providing needs-led and trauma-informed safeguarding provision for children and adults however and wherever they access Brook’s services. Working in collaboration with the full range of Brook’s Leadership Team to drive Brook’s safeguarding function, improve quality, support accountability and to elevate Brook’s external safeguarding profile. To work with Brook’s Mental Health & Wellbeing and Interim Neurodivergence Leads to provide high quality thought leadership across the organisation that allows Brook to discharging our legal, contractual and organisational safeguarding responsibilities.
