Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Term Time only + 5 training days (39 weeks)
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 4.00pm (30 minutes unpaid break)
Salary information: Scale 6, £27,991 – £28,868 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Start date: ASAP
The successful candidate will ideally have exceptional organisation and communication skills and some experience of working in an office based role and / or working with pupils. Prior experience in working within safeguarding children and/or an understanding of social care would be desirable.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside an exciting new Senior Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for pupils in school.
- Support the DSL.
- Assist in the implementation of pastoral care programs.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils.
- Monitor and address any behavioural or social issues.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure the overall well-being of pupils.
- Organise and participate in activities that promote a positive school culture.
