Safeguarding Auditor – Quality Assurance – 3-month – £160 p/d (Inside IR35)
Safeguarding Auditor for our public sector client to lead and undertake audits of practice within the Children’s Care and Support Service, to support and challenge operational teams to continuously drive social care standards forward. The role holder will work alongside Business Managers to deliver Quality assurance and auditing activities across the partnership to ensure there is clear oversight on multi agency performance that can feed into improvement plans.
This is an exciting opportunity for a safeguarding auditor with a background in the public sector space to have an impact on the continuous improvement of social care standards. Our client is looking for a strong communicator who is able to deliver presentations and workshops to social work teams, schools and partner agencies on quality assurance and auditing findings, to ensure practice improvement requirements are understood and fed into local improvement plans.
Key Skills
- Previous experience of delivering effect Quality Assurance and auditing programmes
- Public Sector background
- Children safeguarding OR Social Care
- Previous experience of identifying areas of audit activities where concerns have been raised.
- Strong communicator
- Enhanced DBS (Or willing to undertake one)
Duration: Initial 3-month
Rate: £160 (Inside IR35)
Location: Dagenham (flexible but will need to attend the office)
