The Safeguarding Lead will be responsible for enabling a sustainable safeguarding culture as we grow. A culture that builds capacity and empowers teams to own proactive strategies that are preventative and embedded in all schools to ensure all our children are kept safe and free from harm.
This is a new role and you will be joining at an exciting time when you can shape and develop the role. Working with the central team and all our schools the possibilities for impact are huge. You need to be a credible expert in safeguarding and be able build relationships with the schools that develops, quality assures and innovates our safeguarding offer.

This is a full-time permanent role, however, we would consider alternative working requests and secondment arrangements for the right person.
