Hourly Rate: £19.89 – £21.52
Salary: £36,300.67 – £39,275.42 per annum
Contract Duration: Permanent

Role Purpose
To provide an Assessment and Care Management service to a range of Service Users. To work professionally to undertake an outcomes based approach with all service users in accordance with Scottish Borders Council’s eligibility criteria for services.
Essential
Approved qualifications in Social Work e.g. Degree/Dip SW/CQSW/CSS.
Registration with the relevant professional body: Social Work, Nurse, Occupational Therapist
2 years post qualifying experience in relevant field
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
