We’re seeking experienced Safeguarding Social Workers who are dedicated to delivering positive outcomes and advocating for people’s human rights.
You’ll join us either in Taunton or Shepton Mallet community teams.
Part time and hybrid working is also a possibility.
You will be:

- Understand adult legislation (Care Act and Mental Capacity Act) and how to implement safe practice.
- Registered with Social Work England

- Tailoring practice around individual needs
- Working in partnership with the community and throughout the system, managing 12-15 active caseloads

All Social Worker interviews will take place virtually over Teams. Access to/use of a vehicle is an essential requirement for this role.
